Breaking: President Jonathan signs Tobacco Control Bill

Nigeria’s President, Goodluck Jonathan, has signed the Tobacco Control bill into law, hours to the end of his tenure. The president signed the bill according to his spokesperson, Reuben Abati, announced in his Twitter handle on Wednesday 27th May 2015.
