Kebbi empowers 50 VVF patients

The Kebbi State Government in collaboration with a Non-Governmental Organisation, Extend Hands Foundation, has distributed empowerment materials to 50 Visico-Vaginal Fistula (VVF) patients.

The Foundation in collaboration with the state government has successfully carried out a surgical operations on the VVF patients.

The founder of the Foundation, Mrs. Stephanie Okereke-Linus, actress of the Nollywood film industry, who was in Birnin Kebbi with a team of medical experts, said her foundation had successfully carried out surgical operation on 50 Visico-Vaginal Fistula (VVF) patients in the state free of charge.

The wife of Kebbi State Governor and founder of Medicaid Foundation, Dr. Zainab Atiku Bagudu commended the Extend Hands Foundation founder, Mrs. Stephanie Okereke-Linus for touching the lives of the VVF patients.
