Dr Magashi meets Kwankwaso on sustainable development for Kano

The Chairman of the Aminu Magashi Garba Foundation (AMG Foundation), Dr Aminu Magashi Garba has pledged to support Kano State Government to transform its blueprint into a 10-year Development Plan.

Dr Magashi, an expert on International Development, made the pledge at the weekend, when he paid a courtesy visit to the National Leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso at his private residence in Abuja.

During the visit, Dr Magashi discussed extensively with Senator Kwankwaso about his readiness to support the Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf administration in Kano State, in transforming its Blueprint into a 10-Year Development Plan.

He also expressed his commitment to supporting the plan’s implementation by leveraging skills and expertise from the national and international development partners and donors, as well as Nigerians in the diaspora to support Kano state with innovative ideas and solutions.

Dr Magashi served as Chairman of the Health Committee of Governor Yusuf Transition committee, which came up with a robust blueprint that is being implemented by the administration.

Senator Rabi’u Kwankwaso, a two-time governor of Kano state, is the leader of Kwankwasiyya Movement.
